Day 9 Hydration is key!!
Today I went for a run and then came back to my house for some water before I went on a really long walk. Today was a pretty low-key day but unrelated I did get some driving hours in because I'm not the best driver and my road test is very soon! I drove my mom around for some errands before coming back home and making a sandwich. I haven't been feeling great lately so I made sure to drink a ton of water since I still have another whole week ahead of me. I added liquid IV packets that add electrolytes and flavor. I then tried out a different guided mediation, not from the app headspace, and found the voice less annoying. The headspace guy has a British accent which was not very relaxing for me. Later in the afternoon, I did my second workout a leg lifting session.
