Day 5 Farmers Market!

 Today I went to a farmer's market a few towns over it has just opened for the summer. I went to get fresh fruit for my upcoming smoothie recipes. I felt much more well-rested today and continued on with both my workout sessions but definitely feeling sore at this point. I did some foam rolling to loosen the muscles in my lower legs that were especially tight. The workout I did today in our gym was mainly upper body circuits and the run I took today was nice and cool outside since it was a foggy day. I tried a different headspace guided meditation today and found that I liked the first one better just because the breathing exercises were simple and I preferred the main focus of positivity rather than future materialistic thoughts. Overall, today I was very busy but I can feel myself getting stronger!
