Day 8 tennis, early run, and smoothies
Today was a great day! I woke up early to get my run-in before the sun came up and was happy to be running in the nice cool weather. I then took a break and went into my second workout of the day focused on core and after this, I made a delicious berry smoothie with plant-based protein powder. I then listened to another podcast by Emma Chamberlain talking about productivity with younger Generations. I journaled about it in my notebook reflecting on my thoughts and later went to play tennis with my mom. I later read more of the book I'm reading on mindset called The Book of two ways and after this, I listen to another headspace guided meditation well I was outside. Today was a jam-packed day, but I was really happy with all I accomplished!
