Day 13 Tennis and smoothie bowls!

 Today, I woke up early to get my run done and then played tennis with my mom. It was super refreshing to make a smoothie bowl made with fresh berries and mango when I was done. I later did some guided meditation before my second workout, upper body. I read another fifty pages of my book so that I could finish it for the express fest. When I was done I worked on my poster and pamphlets for the express fest and I finished off the night walking the dogs with my mom while we listen to a podcast that she chose on building relationships.
