Day 11 Yoga and preparing/creating workouts!

Today I focused on healing my body by stretching and doing multiple guided yoga classes that I found online. I really tried to stretch and roll out all my muscles since I was pretty sore and had been feeling it the last few days. My goal is to test my 1-mile run again on Tuesday, so in order to prepare, I decided to focus on eating well today, stretching my body, and taking note of my current mindset. I really want to not put pressure on myself to improve by a huge amount,  but instead, allow myself to improve in small increments. I've planned out my workouts leading up to Tuesday and can't wait to see how I do!
