Day 10 New smoothie, Walk, Run, and Workout!
Today I made a peanut butter, chocolate, and banana smoothie that didn't look very good but it tasted good. I went for a 3.5-mile run then went to the gym to do 10 squats on the minute for seven reps. After this, I went into an arm circuit and core workout. I later went on a long walk with my dog and listened to a podcast about creating your own outcomes which I loved. I tried my best to get plenty of sun today since it was so nice out and started to create pamphlets with the smoothie recipes and workouts that I am doing so I can give them out at Express Fest. I going to read some more of my book on mindset and then go to bed.
