Day 1 @ Proctor

Today is my first day of senior project so I started my morning by connecting with Craig Leaman, a ski coach of mine, to create the most beneficial workout plan over the course of the next two weeks. I then went for a run on our Proctor rail trail to prepare my body for the weeks ahead. I also headed over to woodworking to finish a jewelry box I am making in class before I leave for home tomorrow. I later interviewed several friends around campus to see how they cope with stress and anxiety so that I can incorporate their strategies into my schedule for the next few weeks and see what works best for me in the end. Calista Quirk told me she likes to turn on a podcast and go for a walk to relieve stress. I finished my day with four hours up at the tennis courts for my last match at Proctor where I played number three doubles with Juju Hoder and we went into a tiebreaker and won! I'm going to bed early tonight so I can get some rest for my AP Exam tomorrow.😴😴
